Qualification:
All women professionals should possess one or more of the following qualifications:
Finance & Accountancy Domain: CA or CPA/ICWA/CMA/CFA or equivalent.
Management Domain: Full time - 1 year or 2 year - MBA/PG Diploma in Management/MS in Management or equivalent from India or overseas or
Doctorate Programme in Management from India or overseas.
Legal /Secretarial Domain: LLB, BL or equivalent graduate Law Course/
ACS/Any Post Graduate Law Course.
Engineering / Technology Domain: B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Tech)/BS or
equivalent from India or overseas or M.E/M.Tech/M.Sc (Tech) or MS or
equivalent from India or overseas or Doctorate in Engineering/Technology.
Projects will be around LIVE business issues and will be offered by select Tata Group
companies. The project may be offered in one or more of the following domain
a. Marketing
b. Sales
c. Advertising/Communications
d. Human Resource Management
e. Finance/Accounting
f. Legal
g. Manufacturing
h. Engineering,
i. IT
j. Corporate planning
k. Other corporate functions
Initially, projects will be limited to some of the domain areas mentioned above, depending
upon the LIVE business issues that need to be addressed at this point of time.
